Our second annual Heart 2 Heart fundraiser is set for Friday, May 5th!

Mark your calendars! Our second annual Heart 2 Heart fundraiser will take place on Friday, May 5th, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Terrazza Ristorante in Greenfield.

We are thrilled to be able to host friends and partners for a fun night of good food and prizes to benefit MCSM’s offerings to our neighbors. Tickets will be available for $50 per person and will include dinner and a chance at the Reverse Raffle with a Grand Prize of $1000!
